Guantanamo Recidivism Rate Continues to Rise
Despite media stories that the Director of National Intelligence report published yesterday regarding Guantanamo detainee recidivism said there are “not quite so many Gitmo re-offenders,” the numbers themselves in fact show the Guantanamo recidivism rate continues to rise.
